Day 9 (Stop the bleeding)

I have a confession to make. I greatly underestimated the scope of this project. Maybe its my "glass is half-full" outlook on life. Turns out, all the pluming in this house is crap. Its all has to come out.

Play Room. Got the new landing and the AC piping relocated. We have enough room to place a closet on the back of the landing and still have the stairs that turn into the room. This room is taking longer than I had expected. You can see we put the lights up. We really have to get one in the stairway some how.

Same room looking out into the hallway. There is some writing on the wall here done by the workers. It says " Anyways" with 11 tallies. My best guess to what this means is "Just do it anyways" or another way to put it; it's was not covered on the quote but lets "Just do it anyways". It justifies the bleeding - for now.

Reading Room. This room is turning out nicely. We will have some built in shelves next to the window with a little sitting area. The rot was patched in the corner and just needs new hardwood. The ceiling is not done due to the all of the pluming work needed above.

Office. This room is pretty much done. Minor floor work needed. Looks good.

TV Room. Got the new ceiling in. The floor still needs to be addressed but its hard to address when you have a mound of dirt on top of it. So, why the dirt...

Ah yes...my lovely bathroom. Close your eyes and envision a clawfoot tub with some nice tile on the floor...who am I kidding...So, the bleeding starts here and continues on to the plumbing above the suite.

Dust level: red (my sweet cover ups have failed me)
