Ya! A new roof. It looks really nice and ties our whole white/red/black/satin nickle theme together nicely. Now we don't have to worry about the buckets in the attic filling up after mega-storms (yes, we really did have buckets).With the roof done, we are down to two more projects to reach 98% done on the renovation. Next up is a two car garage (summer of 2009), once that is done we will finish everything off by redoing the kitchen (winter 2010). That way Dave will hopefully be done throwing his food on the walls.
The house to the left of us is up for sale. The price you ask? Lets just say home prices have gone up since we purchased our home. Anyone interested in moving to the ATL?
