This clue will put me in the country I am in. I have two more days to figure out how to dial in the city I am in. The almost cashed pint is Old Speckled Hen. I can't find it in many places but it is sooo good and I have only found one place that had it on tap.
One other note about this mystery place is that they do not differentiate between boy and girl bathrooms. Everyone goes to the same WC.
