Fossil Fuels Brewing Company

This is one part blog and one part reminder for me to try this one day. The premise here is that a researcher found a prehistoric yeast cell in amber (think back to the movie Jurassic Park you can grasp the idea) and has used this little microbe to make beer. I guess this yeast cell has some pretty unique properties when it comes to brewing beer and as a beer aficionado, this is tops on my list to try out.
