Bowling Dave!

I took Dave bowling today for the first time and he had a really good time. There was a birthday party of 5 year old kids going on at the same time - it was fun to watch that disaster unfold. The other sporty event that I tried this year was putting and that was a fantastic disaster (much like the birthday party).

I was surprised to see him able to carry a 6 pound ball and roll it down the alley but even more surprising was he could take my 11 pound ball and roll that down the alley too. In the end he scored a 50 (with bumpers). I also learned that I really shouldn't even try to play along side him - I am too competitive to just toss the ball.
