New kitchen - Day 1

So whats the next big project for this 100yo house?  A new kitchen.  Yup, were are going to put in a brand new kitchen - gutted down to the studs.  New walls, floors, cabinets, the whole thing.  Here is the kitchen in its current - sickly - state.  Work begins on Monday and I am responsible for getting the old crap out.  Thankfully there is CraigsList...wish me luck.  For all the fans of the (patent pending) Kudzu Dust Level Meter is making a comeback for this project. Current dust level - green.
