The day has arrived! The reason for this whole blog thing being created - the remodel of our basement! A huge day for the Kudzu House.I got back into the house late today, no crew and no sun for any good pictures of the aftermath. So, this is what everyone gets today. But, tons of debris on my hardwood floors (yes, we have hardwood floors in the basement!). They still have one room to demo, tomorrow perhaps?
So, whats this picture...This is the entrance to the basement. The main goal for this remodel is to connect the Master Suite with the In-Law Suite (basement) and make one big house for the Kudzu family. Details of this picture: The stars will be enclosed, hardwood steps and risers, the AC piping moved (currently behind the light) an updated breaker box and fresh paint.
