Ok! Here we go...We got the future play room here. That ladder is going to be BIG FUN for mini me. The white door in the back is gone and the ceiling is going to be raised. The stairs over on the right are going to flow right into the room. Since this room has some pretty bad damage to the floor, we are just going to put carpet down.
Looking out from the play room to the small hallway. We expanded the entrance here from the original small door. Better flow and more light.
Standing in the hallway and looking towards the bathroom. That wall with the 80's boom box is going to be moved out to meet the other wall. The door is going to be expanded to meet the code for the disabled. By bring this wall out, we can put a larger tub and a small pedestal sink and toilet. No room for a urinal. :)
Here we got the new family room (aka: TV Room). Not much going on here. Walls are gone, new dry wall to be put up. Pretty standard here.So, thats what I got in 24 hours time. Its crazy I have this pretty house up top and this disaster just below my feet!
