Just checking in...

Well, things are still quite here but things are about to pick up. Here is an update on things...We are re-re-re-applying for the garage variance. We have also found out that we need a Stream Buffer Variance to build this garage. Our lawyer is going to apply for that on Monday and the zoning variance on February 4th. I am certain at some point I am going to need a variance for a variance. If all goes well, we will start building ASAP. If all goes south, we turn around a renovate our kitchen.
