Loyal Kudzu fans I bring you a new poll! You have all heard the drama about my garage and trying to get it built, the variances I have needed and the whole 9. Well, we got approved for the all important Stream Buffer Variance today and that sets us up for applying for another variance - the Zoning Board of Appeals to address the set back. Also keep in mind I have the Druid Hills Historical Committee approving of the build and the fire marshal giving the "Okay" too. But, we all know I have been in front of the Board two previous times and have come up empty.
So, what you ya'll think is going to happen? Approved or shot down (again)?
